A room with a zoo (Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp, Belgium) – Carnot entrance.
The venue location is right next to the Antwerp Central Station, in the heart of Antwerp, and within short walking distance from the historic city centre.

By train:
There is a direct rail connection between Antwerp and Brussels International Airport. The train journey takes 34 minutes.
Antwerp has high speed rail connections with Paris, Amsterdam, London and Cologne.

By car:
The city is also easily reachable by car and bus. If arriving by car, please note that the venue is situated in a low emission zone (LEZ).
Car parks nearby the venue:
Parking Station ZOO, Parking Roosevelt and Parking Centraal. All of them are within walking distance of A Room with a zoo and venue visitors will get a special discount.
Meals
Standing lunch will be served each day.
Light finger food options and complementary drinks will be offered during the networking cocktail reception in the evening on the first day of the event.
Conference languages
The event will take place in English. Interpretation during the event will not be provided. All communications with the organising team will be in English.
