Born in Greece in 1976. He has a Master’s Degree in Mathematics. He acquires a vast range of IT Certifications and he is passionate for service excellence for the teams he leads. He started his career as Microsoft certified trainer in 2001 and worked as senior IT Professional for years in Greece, before joining the EU Agencies in 2011. He joined EMA in 2013 as IT Operations Administrator. From 2017 to 2022 he worked as Infrastructure Service Lead. Since 2023 he is the Head of Cloud Acceleration that delivered flagship projects, including its full migration of workloads to cloud to increase operational efficiency and foster innovation.

Ioannis was born in Greece in 1977. He has a BSc in Electronic Engineering. CISSP certified and active member of ISC 2 since 2011. Passionate for designing resilient, secure & intelligent networks. He has worked as senior network engineer and technical lead in Telecoms, Banking & Law-enforcement sectors. He joined EMA in 2019 as network architect to facilitate and support the Agency’s digital transformation. Nowadays, he focuses on architecting & supporting effectively EMA’s mission-critical infrastructures by utilizing cloud technologies and IaC.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) is a decentralised agency of the European Union (EU). It is responsible for the scientific evaluation, supervision and safety monitoring of medicines. EMA protects public and animal health in EU Member States, as well as the countries of the European Economic Area, by ensuring that all medicines available on the EU market are safe, effective and of high quality. EMA serves a community of around 450 million people living in the EU, and has been operating since 1995.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Christian has more than 15 years’ leadership in the IT industry. He joined NTT Data in 2024 to lead the cloud transformation journey of our Public Sector customers. Previously he was the Head of International Government Organizations for Amazon Web Service (AWS) Public Sector. He managed a team of Sales Executives responsible for Amazon’s cloud computing business for governments, educational institutions and nonprofits across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His experience covers a vast variety of commercial IT disciplines to include Security and Compliance, Product Development Software, Business Intelligence/Analytics Software, Operations / Support, and Cloud Computing. Prior to joining Amazon Web Services, Christian worked for Microsoft and previously for Dell.

Antoine Duchaussoy is a Solution Engineering Manager with 15 years of experience in designing, integrating, and supporting large-scale IT networks for organizations such as NATO and the EU. His journey has taken him to diverse locations, including Central Africa and Afghanistan. Strong adopter of Lean Management practices, Antoine possesses a sound understanding of the factors that ensure optimal enterprise IT service availability, encompassing both technical and human aspects. Recognized as a key team player and an effective teacher, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and empowering colleagues to reach their full potential. He is passionate about golf, surf, geopolitics, and History.

Renato is a Sales Director for Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg, focused on driving the growth in the European Union institutions market. With nearly 20 years in IT sales and strategic management, he excels in business transformation for EU clients. Specialized in the impact from technologies like Cloud, Data, and AI, Renato has helped transform businesses for clients such as DIGIT, DG MARE, DG SANTE, ESMA, ESM, EMA, and EIB-EIF.

Lukas is a certified Senior Technology Architect within Accenture’s Cloud Advisory group, with 10+ years of IT consulting experience. Across his career, Lukas has worked for clients in the Financial Services, Resources and especially Health & Public Service industries, each time in a Lead Architect and/or Engineering Lead position. His scope of work concentrates on large Cloud & Digital Transformations, involving a combination of public clouds and on-premises data centres. In recent years, Lukas has mainly focused on supporting our European Union institution clients.

Colin Taylor is a Distinguished Technologist in HPE’s Hybrid Cloud CTO. After a decade as an infrastructure technologist, he then spent 15 Years on all things private, hybrid and public cloud as tech lead engineer in the worldwide HPE Cloud CoE. Cloud technology ranged from HPE’s CloudSystem and OpenStack technologies to the major public cloud providers. Most recently, Colin has focused on architecting HPE’s Cloud Service offerings to enable customers to succeed in a hybrid cloud landscape, with focus on HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise and associated platform ecosystem and complimentary service offerings.
